GoodThe main licence is the Curaçao (CGA) licence, number OGL/2024/587/0621. The CGA is a moderate regulator: it takes player complaints, but its fines and audits are lighter than those of the UKGC or MGA. The licence number shows as verified on the regulator’s register.

- 40x bonus
The welcome bonus asks for 40x the bonus in wagering, about 40 in bets for every $1 of bonus. That is a light requirement that steady slot play can clear. The welcome offer is a deposit bonus with a 130% match and 70 free spins, and the full terms sit on the offer card.
Bonus money stays apart from your cash until the wagering is complete, and a withdrawal before then cancels the bonus and its winnings. Slot bets clear that target fastest, since table and live games add only a small share of each stake.
The minimum deposit to claim it is 10 USD₮, and the wagering has to be finished within 30 days. Besides the welcome offer, 3 other promotions run here, from deposit bonus. Regular players climb a VIP programme with perks such as personal manager and free tournaments.

Payment methods and withdrawal limits
Deposits and withdrawals run through 69 payment methods, crypto included.
The cashier covers 4 payment types: cards, e-wallets, crypto and bank and instant banking. E-wallets such as Wave and AstroPay pay out within about 24 hours of approval, cards in 1–5 working days. Crypto runs on 15 coins, with BCH first in the list, and lands minutes after approval.
Common choices in the cashier are VISA, Mastercard, Wave, Bitcoin (BTC) and AstroPay.
The cashier sets no withdrawal cap on CAD accounts, so a large win can be paid in one transfer once checks are done. As at most licensed casinos, a withdrawal goes back to the deposit method first, up to the amount paid in. Accounts run in 90 currencies, including CAD, USD and EUR.
Minimum deposits and withdrawals are set per method in the cashier, next to each method’s processing time.

Player complaints and feedback
Players have filed 1007 complaints, and each one below shows how it ended.
1007Total
252Resolved
706Rejected
49Open
Of the 1007 complaints on file, 252 were resolved, 706 rejected and 49 remain open, a resolution rate of 25%. Rejected cases mostly involve a broken bonus rule or an unfinished identity check.
Weighed against its size, the complaint record counts as good, which means the number of complaints is low for a casino of its revenue. Open cases still waiting for an answer are the ones to watch, since they show how quickly the casino responds today. Player feedback is rated mixed across 173 173 votes.
A dispute goes to the casino’s support first, then to the CGA if the written reply leaves it open after 14 days. When a case stalls, a short timeline with dates, amounts and screenshots gets a faster answer than a long message.

It holds a licence from CGA. Players have filed 1007 complaints, 252 of them resolved, and 2 terms are rated unfair. It has been running since 2018 and takes 69 payment methods. Safety comes down to three things: a regulator that takes disputes, fair terms and a record of paying out.
How does the welcome bonus work?
It needs 40x bonus before bonus money turns into cash. It is added after a qualifying deposit. Bets on slots count in full towards the target, while table and live games count far less.
Which games can you play?
The lobby has 15 game types from 98 studios, led by Pragmatic Play and TaDa Gaming. Live dealer tables run next to the slots, with 8 live categories. Popular picks here are Fury of Anubis and Gates of Heaven.
