GoodThe main licence is the Malta (MGA) licence, number MGA/CRP/171/2009. A MGA licence is one of the strictest, with rules on player funds and a dispute service that can order a casino to pay. The licence number shows as verified on the regulator’s register.

Slots Magic Casino bonuses and promo codes
There are 2 offers here, led by the welcome bonus below.
100% up to $100 and 50 extra spins
- Max bet
- $5 or 10% of starting bonus value
- Wagering
- 30x bonus + deposit
The welcome bonus asks for 30x the bonus plus deposit in wagering, about 60 in bets for every $1 of bonus. That is heavy but workable on slots that count 100% towards it.
The welcome offer is a deposit bonus with a 100% match and 50 free spins, and the full terms sit on the offer card. Bonus money stays apart from your cash until the wagering is complete, and a withdrawal before then cancels the bonus and its winnings.
Slot bets clear that target fastest, since table and live games add only a small share of each stake. While it is active, one stake above the max bet shown on the offer can cancel the bonus. The minimum deposit to claim it is C$10, and the wagering has to be finished within 30 days.
It needs the code MAGIC at sign-up or in the cashier. Besides the welcome offer, 1 other promotion runs here, from deposit bonus. Regular players climb a VIP programme with perks such as personal manager and free tournaments.

Payment methods and withdrawal limits
Deposits and withdrawals run through 13 payment methods.
The cashier covers 4 payment types: bank and instant banking, cards, e-wallets and prepaid and vouchers. E-wallets such as Payz (ecoPayz) and Skrill pay out within about 24 hours of approval, cards in 1–5 working days. Common choices in the cashier are Interac, VISA, Mastercard, Payz (ecoPayz) and Skrill.
The withdrawal limits work out at about €10,000 a month, so a win above that arrives in monthly parts. As at most licensed casinos, a withdrawal goes back to the deposit method first, up to the amount paid in. Accounts run in 4 currencies, including CAD, USD and EUR.
Minimum deposits and withdrawals are set per method in the cashier, next to each method’s processing time.

Player complaints and feedback
Players have filed 11 complaints, and each one below shows how it ended.
11Total
5Resolved
6Rejected
0Open
Of the 11 complaints on file, 5 were resolved, 6 rejected and 0 remain open, a resolution rate of 45%. Rejected cases mostly involve a broken bonus rule or an unfinished identity check.
Weighed against its size, the complaint record counts as good, which means the number of complaints is low for a casino of its revenue. Open cases still waiting for an answer are the ones to watch, since they show how quickly the casino responds today.
Player feedback has 4 votes so far, too few for a rating. A dispute goes to the casino’s support first, then to the MGA if the written reply leaves it open after 14 days. When a case stalls, a short timeline with dates, amounts and screenshots gets a faster answer than a long message.

Is it safe to play here?
It holds a licence from MGA. Players have filed 11 complaints, 5 of them resolved, and 5 terms are rated unfair. It has been running since 2014 and takes 13 payment methods. Safety comes down to three things: a regulator that takes disputes, fair terms and a record of paying out.
How does the welcome bonus work?
It needs 30x bonus + deposit before bonus money turns into cash, and a max bet rule applies while it runs. The code MAGIC activates it. Bets on slots count in full towards the target, while table and live games count far less.
Which games can you play?
The lobby has 12 game types from 107 studios, led by Pragmatic Play and TaDa Gaming. Live dealer tables run next to the slots, with 8 live categories. Popular picks here are Sugar Rush 1000 and Book of Shadows.
