Trickz Casino licence and safety record

LicenceLicence number shown as verified on the register.
FairTermsNo unfair clauses listed in the terms.
FairSizeEstimated yearly revenue > 10,000,000,000 ₦.
GoodComplaints14 complaints, 6 resolved.
Very goodRed flagsNo blacklist entries.
GoodThe main licence is the Comoros (AOFA) licence, number ALSI-202410039-FI2. AOFA is a light offshore licence with little enforcement, so a payout dispute rests mostly on the casino itself. The licence number shows as verified on the regulator’s register.
Its terms are rated fair, and none of the clauses is marked unfair. By revenue it counts as a big casino, at an estimated > 10,000,000,000 ₦ a year. A casino of that size has the cash flow to pay a large win in one go. It appears on no casino blacklist.

Trickz Casino bonuses and promo codes

75% up to €600
- Wagering
- 25x bonus + deposit
25% up to €500
- Wagering
- 25x bonus + deposit
The welcome bonus asks for 25x the bonus plus deposit in wagering, about 50 in bets for every $1 of bonus. That is heavy but workable on slots that count 100% towards it.
The welcome offer is a deposit bonus with a 100% match and 100 free spins, and the full terms sit on the offer card. Bonus money stays apart from your cash until the wagering is complete, and a withdrawal before then cancels the bonus and its winnings.
Slot bets clear that target fastest, since table and live games add only a small share of each stake. While it is active, one stake above the max bet shown on the offer can cancel the bonus. The minimum deposit to claim it is €20, and the wagering has to be finished within 7 days.
Besides the welcome offer, 4 other promotions run here, from deposit bonus.

Player complaints and feedback
Players have filed 14 complaints, and each one below shows how it ended.
14Total
6Resolved
8Rejected
0Open
Of the 14 complaints on file, 6 were resolved, 8 rejected and 0 remain open, a resolution rate of 43%. Rejected cases mostly involve a broken bonus rule or an unfinished identity check.
Weighed against its size, the complaint record counts as very good, which means the number of complaints is very low for a casino of its revenue. Open cases still waiting for an answer are the ones to watch, since they show how quickly the casino responds today.
Player feedback is rated mixed across 11 11 votes. A dispute goes to the casino’s support first, then to the AOFA if the written reply leaves it open after 14 days. When a case stalls, a short timeline with dates, amounts and screenshots gets a faster answer than a long message.

Is it safe to play here?
It holds a licence from AOFA. Players have filed 14 complaints, 6 of them resolved. It has been running since 2022 and takes 34 payment methods. Safety comes down to three things: a regulator that takes disputes, fair terms and a record of paying out.
How does the welcome bonus work?
It needs 25x bonus + deposit before bonus money turns into cash, and a max bet rule applies while it runs. It is added after a qualifying deposit. Bets on slots count in full towards the target, while table and live games count far less.
Which games can you play?
The lobby has 11 game types from 53 studios, led by NetEnt and Nolimit City. Live dealer tables run next to the slots, with 8 live categories. Popular picks here are Tombstone RIP and Gates of Heaven.
